Job Description
As an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-level projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional results to our clients. Your primary goal will be to establish a comprehensive understanding of project expectations and business processes, creating and executing project work plans that meet changing needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirements
- Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including configuration, development, testing, training, communications, deployment, and post go-live support
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, ensuring respect and responsiveness to client needs
- Cultivate and manage highly functional teams comprised of Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers and client resources through all phases of an Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Requirements
- 4 years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager working with the Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects that were at least 6 months in duration and included data migrations and integrations with ERP systems
- Proven expert in Agile SDLC project management theories, practices, and methods
- Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
