What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Stack Developer position at Pierce?
- Demonstrates leadership, self-motivation, problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works independently as a self-starter as well as in collaboration with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Designs and develops ETL pipelines to integrate various sources of data, including Excel, Flat Files, MS Access, Google forms and create / modify REST API sources into MSSQL Server using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Utilizes critical thinking and creativity in coordination with stakeholders in the development of T-SQL Database Solutions to meet various business requirements
- Familiar with Java script, PHP, HTML, CSS, Wordpress, C# and .net
- Monitors SQL Server Agent jobs, diagnosing problems and implementing resolutions as needed
- Improves and maintains existing database solutions
- Provides operational support, investigating problems that arise in database solutions and business applications
- Identifies new technologies and resources to improve the information and technology landscape
- Maintains reference and standards documentation
- Troubleshoots issues with Access Databases
SQL SSIS SSRS T-SQL SQL Server Management Studio MSSQL
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Information Systems, or comparable professional experience
- 3 years of experience in an MSSQL environment with strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or higher
- Proficient in T-SQL programming
- 3 years in the use of MSSQL tools, including SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, and API development
- Working understanding of Microsoft Access and Microsoft VBA
- Familiarity in working with MySQL databases
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a strong plus
- Strong working knowledge of relational database design and best practices
