Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager (PM) with pre-planning assigned jobs with a detailed schedule of all phases of the project.

Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in all material deliveries and project coordination.

Play an essential role in the success of the projects by assisting PM.
- Lead by example to create mutual respect between employees, customers, and the community.

Complete all submittals for assigned projects.

Assist in processing billings and managing schedules of values.

Successfully complete all change orders for PM approval.

Perform administrative duties, scheduling, plan adherence, and budget management.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and all Pierre Team members and clients.
Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in construction documentation and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and specifications.

Familiarity with project management software Procore a plus.

Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, job costing, and plan reading.

Project Coordination:

Effective project scheduling and coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety compliance, including OSHA standards.

Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting project issues and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in commercial landscape construction required.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience with project coordination, construction budgeting, job costing, and documentation.

Understanding of landscape architecture drawings, grading plans, and construction methods
