Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting our management team by keeping our administrative tasks organized, streamlined, and efficient. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with filing and maintaining employee records
- Keep inventory and stock of supplies, order as necessary
- Send daily summary reports via email
- Process invoices, receipts, and other operational paperwork
- Create our quarterly newsletter and monthly employee newspaper
- Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and organize key documents
- Support hiring processes through posting jobs and tracking applicants
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Assist in onboarding and maintaining training records
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized
- Ensure the website and POS system stay up to date
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, POS or scheduling software a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
