Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting our management team by keeping our administrative tasks organized, streamlined, and efficient. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with filing and maintaining employee records
  • Keep inventory and stock of supplies, order as necessary
  • Send daily summary reports via email
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other operational paperwork
  • Create our quarterly newsletter and monthly employee newspaper
  • Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and organize key documents
  • Support hiring processes through posting jobs and tracking applicants
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining training records
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized
  • Ensure the website and POS system stay up to date

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, POS or scheduling software a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
