Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience through upselling and personalized service.
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a harmonious work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote menu items effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
