What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk, FT Days position at PIH Health?
This position reports to the Revenue Cycle-Business office team. The Administrative Clerk opens and date stamps mail, weighs and prepares outgoing mail, operates postage machine, fields questions concerning mail and supply items, and provides general clerical support. He / she is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to the patient accounting, billing, and collections. The position is flexible so that the employee does not have to be able to do all functions, rather, assignments are given to suit his / her capability, as well as adequate training to be provided for such assignments. Normal Business office etiquette is observed, and confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
