Pike County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) is seeking an Imaging/ Radiology Director to be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Imaging Services Department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all Joint Commission, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program
• Five years’ experience, with two years’ in leadership/managing direct reports
• Previous imaging experience/leadership preferred
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
• ARRT-CT Computed Tomography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARRT-M Mammography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
