Position Overview : Pike Electric, LLC is looking for a self-starter with excellent organization and customer service skills to join our company. This role is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. Effective multi-tasking abilities with a "can-do" attitude coupled with a positive and helpful disposition is a must. In addition, this individual will need to be flexible but maintain a good sense of office priorities as they provide support to our company. This position will be located in the Orlando area.
Essential Functions :
- Provide receptionist services including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, direct calls, collection and processing of mail, and respond to all inquiries.
- Data entry, typing general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, reports, etc., as directed.
- Faxing, copying, distributing, filing all reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Coordination of facility service requests, evacuation plans, cost-effectively monitor and order office supplies.
- SPOCC for any issues that come up on a daily basis regarding office functions
- Support as required in document production
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
