Position Summary : The Project Coordinator works close with the Manager and is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone notified about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to managers.
Essential Functions :
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to managers or other stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Tracks production, material, equipment, and labor costs
- Review time sheets to ensure accuracy
- Ordering necessary supplies
