What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting & Finance Manager position at Pikemann LLC?
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager with GAAP accounting experience and audit experience. Currently hiring a full-time, 100% remote, 6-month contractor who has the ability to test / rollout changes to Oracle Forecasting module, create a training guide and train users.

Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable, expense report processing, and the filing of local tax returns.
Prepare bank reconciliations monthly and review credit card reconciliations monthly.
Prepare payroll and associated 401K contributions for corporate.
Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain A / R and billing
Prepare a monthly actual vs budget financial reporting package for capital and expense, including variance analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
Minimum of five (5) years accounting experience including month-end close.
Ability to test / rollout changes to Oracle Forecasting module, create training guide, train users (desired)
This is a remote position.
Compensation : $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
