Family Owned Property Management Company is seeking a highly skilled HOA Property Manager-HYBRID to oversee the operations of our homeowner associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including common area maintenance and upkeep.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and financial record-keeping.
- Facilitate communication between homeowners, the board, and management team.
- Enforce community rules and regulations.
- Meditate disputes and conflicts between neighbors.
- Manage vendors and contracts.
- Maintain and organize financial records and reports.
- Create budgets and financial plans.
- Deal with insurance and loans on behalf of the association.
- Perform administrative duties and risk management.
- Educate and assist the board of directors.
