Overview: Pikes Peak Forestry & Construction is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a well-organized environment.
- Payroll & Employee Records: Manage payroll processing, ensure accuracy in employee records, and support HR functions as needed.
- Training & Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs to support staff growth and development.
- Financial Support: Aid in budgeting, invoicing, and other financial planning activities.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage team schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management across the office.
- Office Supply Management: Track inventory and handle ordering of office supplies to maintain a fully stocked and operational space.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and vendors, providing clear and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles (experience in construction or forestry industries is a plus).
- Strong familiarity with payroll systems and financial processes.
- Experience in developing training materials and supporting employee development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks Online.
- Experience with customer service is beneficial but not required.
