This role is all about helping customers find their dream ride, from generating leads to closing deals. • What You’ll Do:

✔ Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
✔ Assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on motorcycle models, gear, and accessories
✔ Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
✔ Build lasting relationships with riders and motorcycle enthusiasts
✔ Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and keep products well-stocked and organized
✔ Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and financing options
✔ Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and in-store experience

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Must know how to ride motorcycles – Bonus if you have experience with Indian Motorcycles!
✔ Sales experience (retail, auto, or motorcycle sales preferred)
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ A natural ability to engage, connect, and build trust with customers
✔ Goal-oriented mindset – You love crushing sales targets!
✔ Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer concerns professionally
✔ Basic math skills to assist with pricing, financing, and transactions
✔ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
