Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice RV Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in RV repair and maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The Apprentice RV Technician will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, assisting in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards.
Duties
- Assist in performing automotive and or RV diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles.
- Help with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize power tools and industrial equipment safely and effectively.
- Support experienced technicians in repairing and maintaining various types of vehicles, including tractor-trailers and heavy equipment.
- Learn to transmit diagnostic information accurately to senior technicians for further analysis.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of RV and or automotive systems and diagnostics is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and industrial equipment operation.
- Understanding of electrical systems in vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to automotive repair.
- A proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic overall handy man skills is a bonus!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
