Clinical Manager Radiation Oncology
KY RN License Required . Significant experience in data analysis techniques and interpretations within a health care setting is preferred. Certification in trauma, emergency or critical care nursing preferred. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support, ACLS, TNCC required, and Coordinates ATLS and RTTD courses.
Job requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Explorer. Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Access database desired. Must demonstrate proficiency or develop proficiency within 60-days of hire, with Star Navigator, HBI, DataSphere Pro, and data entry skills for uploading information to National and QI Project databases.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to use office equipment including, but not limited to telephones, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and LDC projectors.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, communication and project management skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate change is required.
Advanced skill with general office equipment is required.
