Description
Pilatus is hiring a Warranty Programs Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities associated with the management of Pilatus warranty claims and CrystalCare claims from the Authorized Service Center network and Direct Customers in the Americas. Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Activates warranty coverage for new aircraft (Pilatus and all vendors)
- Processes Warranty claims in a timely manner following the policies and procedures of Pilatus Aircraft
- Works directly with Service Centers and customers to resolve discrepancies in warranty reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Reconciles outstanding claims with Rotables, Technical Support, Service Centers, and Customers
- Acts as a liaison with Service Center personnel and other Pilatus departments to administer warranty and other technical requests
- Coordinates one-off repair work for aftermarket / Post Delivery warranty claims
- Assists in training Service Center Warranty Administrators in claim processing and Pilatus Policies and Procedures
- Tracks rotable components removed under warranty to ensure core is returned

The salary range for this position is $57,463 - 77,895 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
