About the Role

This HR Coordinator II position plays a vital role in supporting the HR team at Pilgrim's. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel-related documents.
  2. Prepare periodic standardized reports for HR management.
  3. Provide administrative support for new hire orientations and pre-employment screenings.
  4. Respond to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with the administration and scoring of aptitude, personality, and interest tests.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A minimum of 3 years of related experience is also necessary for this position.
