What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alchemy Trainer- 3rd Shift position at Pilgrim's?
Description
Daily job duties are to include the following:
- Train employees daily on standard monthly courses in Alchemy system
- Create schedule for each day to ensure production is sending employees being requested
- Keep a sign-in sheet per class with courses listed at the top that you are conducting
- Review reports daily to ensure training is being uploading accordingly
Weekly job duties are to include the following:
- Process Alchemy reports and have final reports and completion status to HR Manager and HR Supervisors by Monday morning at 9am
Monthly job duties are to include the following:
- Complete Alchemy training for the month
- Create monthly calendar of your schedule and send to HR Supervisors and HR Manager
Requirements/Skills needed
- Strong computer skills
- Organization and prioritizing skills
- Good housekeeping skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Professionalism as HR team member
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
As needed duties:
- Backup to Orientation Trainers All other duties assigned by supervisor and/or manager
