Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect inbound materials, verifying quantities and quality.
- Transfer grain to grinding bins and soy to batching bins, ensuring optimal storage conditions.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, completing daily inventory and tracking tasks.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
- Able to lift 60 pounds, climb ladders, and operate pallet jacks with heavy loads.
- Ability to work at heights up to 200 feet; regular safety training and certifications required.
