Pilgrim's is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our production operations, this role plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment throughout the facility to optimize production performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design, implement, and improve electrical processes.
- Conduct research and development to enhance controls and minimize downtime.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with industrial electrical systems, including schematic reading and PLC coding/troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications, such as technical college and/or manufacturing certifications (e.g., Allen Bradley or Square D).
- 3-5 years of documented experience in a similar role.
Evaluation Process: A panel interview and standardized tests will be used to select candidates. This is a progressive position, requiring level 3 to be achieved within 18 months from start date.
