HR Supervisor will function as the main point of contact for all HR related functions on the 3rd Shift. All functions of the HR department will be determined by the HR Manager and executed by this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices
- Oversee and assign employee training and orientation programs
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs within the complex to ensure these programs are in line with corporate programs
- Recommend program changes or enhancements to meet human resource requirements
- Facilitate and ensure fair and unbiased decisions in regards to investigations, corrective action, and selection for vacant positions
- Coordinate the delivery of effective affirmative action, and other employee relations programs
- Adhere to all compliance requirements including the obligations set by the Union contracts
- Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- May represent company at community functions and employee engagement activities (outside of work hours)
- May support and assist in collective bargaining negotiations and administer contract provisions at the location
- Schedules and facilitates management and employee celebration meals
- Communicate with all members of management to provide changes, upcoming information, and concerns while utilizing professionalism and transparency.
- Maintain records per policy in an organized and easily acceptable manner.
- Supervise direct reports (manage time off, attendance, work performance, and evaluations)
- Must be able to work additional hours/weekends as needed

- Strong Computer skills (Experience with SAP, JobVite, Kronos, and Excel are a plus)
- Clerical/Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Frequent multitasking and ability to navigate a demanding workload
- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (work experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement)
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
