Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Leader to join our team at Pilgrim's. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of production operations and personnel to meet established production, quality control and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that production operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure support in attaining output, productivity and quality.
- Schedule, train and motivate production labor force to ensure consistent attainment of production schedules.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in the poultry or food industry. Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees and effective communication both orally and in writing are also required.
