This role focuses heavily on graphic design for email campaigns, paid ad creative, social media posts, website graphics, brand identity design, and basic photography editing. Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Layout : Create compelling visual assets for email newsletters, paid media campaigns, social media channels, and website pages (e.g., hero banners, landing pages) using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Figma.
- Brand Identity Support : Assist in developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities, ensuring that all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines.
- Email Campaign Assets : Produce visually appealing email templates and graphics; familiarity with email builders like Klaviyo is a plus.
- Social Media Content : Design social posts, stories, and ad creatives optimized for various platforms, ensuring high engagement and a consistent brand voice.
- Website & Digital Assets : Help produce and refine on-site graphics, icons, and other digital content that enhance the user experience and storytelling.
- Photography Support : Clean up and lightly retouch product photography; basic knowledge of photography and lighting setup is a bonus.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and platform-specific creative formats to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output.
- Collaborative Work : Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to brainstorm concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final assets.
- Project Management : Manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate any challenges or adjustments to timelines.
