Role Description
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors in Peachtree Corners, GA, is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role with remote flexibility. Responsibilities include market research, strategy development, customer service, and sales support.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing & Social Media Expertise – Proven experience in sales, marketing strategies, and social media engagement.

Strategic Work Quality Requirements
- Participate in annual strategic planning sessions to establish financial growth objectives and company goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational targets while ensuring brand consistency across all initiatives.
- Design and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance efficiency, targeting, and overall effectiveness.
- Formulate and prioritize marketing plans for both agents and offices, aligning efforts with production volume and identifying key growth opportunities.
- Regularly review revenue targets, sales performance, expenses, and future campaigns in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Tactical Work Quality Requirements
- Proactive Relationship Management: Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and follow-ups with brokers, agents, and team leaders. Schedule and coordinate meetings to strengthen partnerships.
- Strategic Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant real estate organizations (e.g., Local Board of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, NAGLREP, CRS) and evaluate long-term membership needs. Attend broker appreciation events, networking functions, and industry conferences.
- Educational & Networking Initiatives: Organize and lead Continuing Education (CE) classes, Lunch & Learns, and in-office networking sessions. Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility, including trade shows, realtor gatherings, and social events.
- Marketing & Brand Expansion: Introduce and demonstrate new technology and services. Maintain a consistent online presence through social media engagement. Visit open houses and weekly inspector meetings to foster connections and support marketing efforts.
- Database & Lead Management: Collect and manage business contact information for targeted marketing initiatives. Conduct outreach to top-performing agents and teams to reinforce existing relationships and cultivate new business opportunities.
