Responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top realtors, brokers, and real estate teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales performance to improve strategies and results.
- Manage budget and resources effectively for maximum ROI.
Tactical
- Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, meetings) with realtors and industry partners.
- Organize office visits, Lunch & Learns, and CE classes to educate and engage realtors.
- Attend and sponsor real estate networking events, open houses, and industry gatherings.
- Maintain an active online presence, including social media engagement and digital marketing efforts.
- Track, manage, and reorder marketing materials as needed.
- Assist realtors in hosting First-Time Buyer & Seller seminars.
- Participate in weekly inspector meetings to align marketing and business growth efforts.
Performance Metrics
