Our business provides a broad range of home inspection services to include: building inspections, radon testing, sewer lateral inspections, gas mechanical inspections, wood destroying insect inspections and mold sampling.

We are exceptional at training and effectively on-boarding new team members. No previous field related experience is required. An understanding of a home's systems and components is a plus!
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
- Ability to pass all employment screenings
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
Hours:
The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week

Compensation:
$40,000 to $60,000 starting salary based on experience and qualifications
