The Opportunity
Pillar4 Media is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join its fast-growing team.
Reporting directly to the President, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-informed strategy across customer acquisition and partnerships. This role exists to build scalable analytics solutions, deliver key business insights, and optimize revenue performance across all marketing channels. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis, the analyst will directly influence growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to one of our President's, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will:
- Be a key thought partner. Our strategies are data-driven and your analysis will be used to make decisions & execute opportunities that directly impact the success of the business
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximize profitability by building predictive models for improved revenue forecasting and decision-making.
- Identify high-value customer segments and adjust targeting strategies accordingly.
- Oversee performance across channels while creating attribution models to measure channel impact.
- Build automated reporting for key metrics & analytics solutions that are referenced daily by business leaders and report out to the company weekly.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all channels by building interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
- Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI for the multi-channel affiliate and lead generation P&L.
- Develop and scale a form-based lead generation strategy by optimizing user flows and conversion rates to improve lead quality, while creating testing frameworks to enhance form completion and engagement.
- Provide insights on lead quality, sales cycle performance, and close rates, while developing pricing models and forecasts to inform partnership agreements.
- Support business development with competitive analysis and performance benchmarks.
What You Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role; statistics, management consulting, or investment banking experience
- Bachelor's degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.)
- Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
- Ability to build financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and present data and recommendations to senior team members on a regular basis
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel; competency in advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools a plus
- Comfortable working in Tableau, SQL, PowerBI
- Desire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
