About This Opportunity
This role involves being a Shift Leader and supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and responding to customer needs.
You will also be self-motivated and able to assist managers with tasks that need to be executed to maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations.
Familiarity with store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service is essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills & ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Able to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check required
