- Proven experience in restaurant operations or similar roles
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to drive a customer-centric culture
- Proficiency with various equipment, including calculators, computers, and more
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with diverse levels of team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
