Salary and Benefits

- Additionally, you will receive a $650 retention bonus once you assume the role of a General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
As a General Manager in Training, you will be responsible for:
- Leading by example and promoting a customer-focused culture within the store.
- Ensuring that food quality meets the highest standards and maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Managing store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to drive sales growth and implementing initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of five years' experience in restaurant operations, with one year of general management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
