- Leading a team of subordinate employees and conducting regular meetings to discuss performance, goals, and feedback
- Maintaining effective vendor relationships to optimize inventory and operational efficiency
- Building, coaching, managing, and developing teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
Additional responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing team members, tracking inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and performing P&L analysis.
