We are looking for a Accounting Intern interested in starting a SWEET career as at our Manufacturing unit Somerset, New Jersey.
The Accounting Intern will be a student pursing a Bachelors Degree within Accounting or Finance. The assignments will provide valuable exposure and experience in areas of :
- Prepare journal entries for month-end closing
- Perform variance analysis on select accounts
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts to accounting subledgers
- Review purchase requisitions and assign proper GL / department coding
- Conduct walkthroughs and perform interviews to understand plant processes and internal controls
- Verify journal mapping for the new ERP system
