Pima Community College District Office lies in the center of Tucson and serves as the administration buildings for the College. Working at the District Office provides a unique opportunity to learn about the College as a system. There are multiple departments that hire from this position pool including but not limited to: Human Resources, Academic Quality Improvement, and Financial Aid.
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
MODE: In-Person, Hybrid, Virtual (depending on position)
SALARY: Hourly, $16.00/hour

Duties:
- Provide general office or department support
- Greet students, staff, and visitors
- Give out information to students and staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain schedules
- Assist with projects
- Marketing Materials - handouts, social media
- File and retrieve documents
- Computer database entry
Requirements:
- Dependable and exercises good time management skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Work coordination and prioritization while performing multiple tasks
- Adhere to all College standards and policies
- Exercise positive and cooperative interpersonal relationships
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
- Lift and exert up to 25 lbs of force occasionally
- Professional demeanor and ethical behavior in regards to all work assignments
