Vice President Sales and Client Services
Location: Garment District NYC (On-site)
Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000 bonus potential of 30% - 50% (TOE $300K )

The Vice President of Sales and Client Services is responsible for driving sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue goals, expanding our client base, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
As the organization’s sales and client services leader, you will be accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of organization goals, and for aligning objectives with PIMS’ short- and long-term business strategy. The role will include active participation in client calls, strategic and tactical planning sessions with client leadership.
The VP Sales reports to the President and collaborates closely with the CEO and Chief Networking Officer. This person is responsible for coaching and developing the Sales and Client Services teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, drive growth, and expand market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and client services teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring individuals meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and penetrate new markets, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the executive team, offering insights, recommendations, and forecasting future sales trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs to proactively adjust sales strategies and seize emerging opportunities.
- Drive a customer-centric approach across the organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery, client onboarding, and problem resolution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's brand and foster new business relationships.
- Participate in weekly accountability meetings. And other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of success in senior sales and client services leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. Preference toward those with expertise in selling a service.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at various organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and find innovative solutions.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, including an understanding of competitive landscapes and emerging market trends.
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic partnerships.
- Proficient with Salesforce and/or other comparable CRM. High degree of competence in MS Office products including but not restricted to Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong understanding of clients’ business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with custom solutions to meet their challenges. Strong financial management skills. Analytical, operationally oriented and metrics driven.
- Experience in both B2B & eCommerce solution selling. Experience selling vertically oriented inventory and distribution solutions (influencer marketing vertical preferred). Experience building and expanding on new and enterprise accounts.
