We’re seeking versatile and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Server/Host/Hostess. This hybrid role combines customer service, food and beverage operations, and golf-related responsibilities, making it ideal for individuals who love golf, hospitality, and providing memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Host/Hostess Duties:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out for simulator reservations.
• Provide tutorials and demonstrations on the Golfzon simulators to ensure guests are comfortable with gameplay.
• Answer guest questions about the facility, gameplay, or general inquiries.
• Manage reservations, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with basic simulator maintenance and resolve minor technical issues.

Server Duties:

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly with excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve menu items, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Clear tables, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with food and beverage service during events and parties.

General Duties:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the pro shop, simulator bays, and dining areas.
• Promote facility services, including memberships, lessons, and tournaments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a fun and engaging experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage required.
• Basic knowledge of golf and comfort assisting guests with simulator technology.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
