Hotel Food and Beverage Manager
We are looking for an individual with a hotel hospitality background and attitude to deliver the Pinballz 5-Star guest experience.
Responsible for managing all F&B operations in our multiple bars and kitchens.
Forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finances. The primary goals are to maximize sales Revenue and control Expenses to plan, provide required Management duties, and ensure the premium Pinballz Customer Experience as rated by our guests and managers.
Responsibilities
Meet or beat Revenue achievement and Expense Control objectives of P&L plan.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar within budgeted guidelines and to Pinballz standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service and experience
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customer needs and proactively respond to all their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures and update them regularly.
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health, fire, HR, and safety regulations
Report to management regarding sales and results productivity and objectives accomplishment
Develop, review, and monitor the variable compensation structure for F&B managers
Requirements
Proven food and beverage management experience with specific results
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office specifically with Word and Excel, restaurant management software, POS system)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Skill in hiring, managing, and scheduling a staff of at least ten cooks/bartenders/wait staff
Strong communications and leadership skills
Current with food and beverages state legal requirements, trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest oriented and service minded
Culinary school diploma or degree in Food service management or related field
This position requires a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
