Job Summary
Pool Service Store Assistant – Full-Time (Up to 35 hrs/week)
Location: Pinch A Penny #284 – Little Elm, TX
We’re a small, family-operated pool store and service company looking for a reliable and hardworking helper to support our day-to-day work — both in the field and in the store.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with pool cleaning and equipment servicing
- Working in the retail store (stocking, helping customers)
- Preparing and delivering chemicals
- Delivering flyers to local homes and neighborhoods
- Helping with basic store organization and outdoor cleaning
- Being a flexible extra hand where needed
You Should:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to work outdoors in all weather
- Be physically active — lifting buckets, loading supplies
- Be friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Legal to work in the US
Schedule & Pay:
- Up to 40 hours/week
- $15-17/hr to start – potential to grow with performance
- Paid training provided
