What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service/Cashier position at Pinch A Penny?
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service/Cashier to provide excellent customer service. Must be at least 18 years of age. Pool knowledge would be great but we are willing to train.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Conduct and analyze pool water samples
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
