We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Leaking Underground Storage Tanks team at Pinchin Ltd. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to leaking underground storage tanks, site assessment, remediation, and state contract projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides a wide range of engineering, building sciences, environmental, civil, and occupational health and safety solutions across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and coordination of leaking underground storage tanks, site assessment, remediation, and state contract projects
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Prepare and/or review technical work plans outlining project methodologies, objectives, and deliverables
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication
- Generate comprehensive and accurate reports detailing projects progress, findings, and compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Five plus years of experience in environmental consulting, specifically in leaking underground storage tank and site assessment
- Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field
- Knowledge of Michigan's environmental regulations (Part 213/201/211/215)
- Experience with state contracts and bid specifications is preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and time management skills are critical to success in this position
