What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Shipping position at Pine Canyon Growers, LLC?
Job Title: Shipping Forklift Operator
About Pine Canyon Growers:
Pine Canyon Growers, located in Orondo, Washington, was established in 2016 by a group of five energetic, quality-focused growers with a passion for cultivating apples, pears, and cherries. As the business landscape became increasingly challenging, they recognized the need to own their packing house to remain viable. After leasing the facility for several years with Western Traders export sales company, the opportunity to purchase the packing house arose, leading to the creation of Pine Canyon Growers LLC.
Over time, Pine Canyon Growers formed a strong domestic partnership with CMI, which now serves as the company's sole domestic marketing arm, while Western Traders continues to manage the Big Horn and Bison labels in export markets worldwide.
Our mission is to operate a cost-effective facility that provides maximum returns to our growers. We strive to achieve the highest standards of food safety and quality, shipping top-grade produce globally. Pine Canyon Growers is committed to fostering integrity, respect, and innovation with our employees, customers, growers, and vendors, ensuring financial success for all.
