What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Pine Cradle Lake Family Campground?
We have one of the greatest teams on earth and we want you to be a part of it! We are looking to hire a guest service agent for Friday's and Saturday's May 1st- Oct 15th.
Guest Service Agent’s primary responsibility is to welcome and register guests to the campsite, assist in general store sales and operations and help plan and execute weekend activities.
- Provide professional and courteous service to Pine Cradle Lake guests.
- Greets guests and campground visitors, provides information on campground amenities, services, and policies.
- Operate the campground office including sales, stocking, merchandising, and housekeeping duties.
- Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, inform manager of major problems, complaints, and disturbances.
- Maintain a proper bank, provide accurate handling of monies.
- Help plan, organize and execute weekend crafts and activities.
- Assure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.
- Communicate, execute, and manage confidentiality in and outside of the workplace
- Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting up to 30 lbs, walking, bending, and standing for up to 8 hours per shift

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
