- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area efficiently.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to assist clients with inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Assist with administrative tasks using computer skills.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations.
