Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Uphold fine dining standards while working in a nightclub atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
