Job Description
The Client Service Associate position at Pine Grove Financial Group is the key liaison between the client and the wealth advisory team. This role delivers a wide range of critical client support services to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients and ensure the office is clean and welcoming.
Answer incoming calls and transfer to the corresponding team member.
Interact with clients, process client requests, and answer basic client inquiries in a timely manner. Address inquiries to appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate details of clients, prospects, and vendors in CRM.
Detailed completion and processing of new client paperwork and account set up.
Track fund transfers from surrendering companies and help resolve any issues.
Assist Wealth Advisors with client reviews, scheduling meetings, research and follow up on client inquiries.
Prepare consolidated reports, meeting agendas, quotes and added services.
Maintain accurate client data in client relationship management database, client fee billing and reporting systems.
Ensure system backups are completed on routine basis.
Commit to continuous education and professional development to remain current in industry issues, CRM, and compliance rules and regulations.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in an Admin type role, preferably in Financial Services.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Organized, meticulous, and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently with good problem solving, mathematical and time management skills.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
Able to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities.
High degree of confidentiality.
Proficient with Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Outlook, Sales Force and Microsoft 365.
