- Review and process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably with a small business.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
