About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pine Manor Inc. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our plant processing equipment, as well as coordinating with our maintenance technicians to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will also be responsible for scheduling groundskeeping activities, including mowing, trimming, spraying, snowplowing, and general site upkeep. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance on most plant processing equipment, including routine and preventative maintenance.
You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. This may involve delegating tasks to our maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support, and conducting regular safety meetings to discuss best practices and address any concerns.
