ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Associates.
- Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.
- Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Responsible to coordinate with Sales and Food & Beverage (F & B) Staffs and follow directions given in the Function Sheets to fully prepare all spaces thereby requested as required. Including, but not limited too:
- Chairs
- Tables
- Linens
- Bar Set-up
- Stage
- Audio Visual Equip.
- Trash Cans
- Pens & paper pads
- Easels & newsprint pads Risers
- Food, drinks & snacks
- Ice
- Dance Floor
- Podium
- Coffee Service
- Table & stage skirt
- Cups & glasses
- White boards & markers
- Responsible to clean all areas to be set up prior to delivering any items. This includes cleaning & vacuuming of carpets, dusting, washing windows, removing or rearranging tables & chairs, sweeping patios, etc.
- Responsible to breakdown and clean all spaces, previously set-up, when guests function is completed. Return all equipment, furniture, etc. to their proper storage location.
- Responsible to maintain all storage rooms in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Keep inventory of expendable items for future guests needs.
- Responsible to assist the wait staff in rearranging dining room(s) or bars for special guest functions.
- Responsible to assist all F & B associates as required to give our guests a visit at the Resort that, “exceeds their expectations”. This may include delivery of foodstuffs & ice, trash removal, equipment or furniture delivery or removal, pick-up of items from a local address, etc.
- Responsible to show up for work at the designated time, in proper, laundered and neat uniform as designated by the F & B Manager, with nametag.
- Responsible to maintain Resort vehicles clean and neat, including checking gas, oil and water levels regularly. Do not mistreat Resort vehicles (vans, trucks or golf carts), roads, buildings, equipment, etc.
- Responsible to act courteous, respectful and friendly when in contact with all associates, managers and especially guests.
- Responsible to accomplish set-up and breakdown work quietly when other guest functions are still in progress in adjacent areas.
- Accomplish additional tasks as requested by the F & B Director, Food Services Manager, Catering Services Manager or upper management.
- In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.

Have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Have the ability to write simple correspondence. Have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds.
