Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detailed-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who is energetic and patient-centered to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales (not only fast-food). The Treatment Coordinator serves as a patient advocate and educator by helping to create orthodontic records and treatment plans for our patients, while presenting financial plans to them and their families. The Coordinator will be interacting with insurance companies as well as contacting referring doctors' offices. The position requires a "mature" person to shepherd the patients from their initial consultations through the day they begin orthodontic treatment.

***TRAVEL between all three of our offices, located in Clearfield, Tyrone and Philipsburg PA is a requirement of employment.***
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients by addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options and financial plans.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans by making the orthodontic records including procedures, timelines, and financial responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain accurate and secure patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
- Collaborate with dental or medical staff to coordinate treatment plans and follow-up care at other offices
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Person must be passionate about helping others while being able to laugh and have fun with patients, their families, the doctor and the team
- Possess exceptional customer service skills while putting people at ease
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to use constructive criticism to grow
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated, capable of working independently.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
