DAY TO DAY AS A DIRECT CARE PROFESSIONAL II
As a Direct Care Professional II (DCP II) at Pine Valley Services, you will take on a leadership role within the direct care teams across designated facilities. Your expertise will guide your team in meeting or exceeding quality care and services standards, directly impacting the lives of residents in our Adult Family Homes. You will be instrumental in assisting with service plan development and implementing tailored care plans, ensuring that all documentation and communication remains accurate and consistent.
Additionally, you will coordinate day-to-day operations by assisting supervisors and management, maintaining compliance with all regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities include managing inventory control, completing order lists, overseeing the supply budget and petty cash, and managing client medications. Moreover, you will play a key role in training and supporting new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment dedicated to long term care excellence.
