Pine View Healthcare in Broomall, PA is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of prior maintenance experience in a nursing home is required.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overall Plant Operations including interior and exterior maintenance
  • Electrical/Plumbing Work
  • Light Construction
  • Appliance Installation
  • Drywall Patch/Paint
  • Coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors

Schedule:

  • Full Time- Tuesday-Saturday
  • 9-5

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Maintenance in a Nursing home: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
